Boozy Mangoloupe Sake Pops

INGREDIENTS
1/2 a cantaloupe
1/4 cup of Mango Juice
3 tsp sugar
1 lime (juiced)
1 packet of Knox gelatin
2 oz of water
1.5 oz of Sake Rice Wine

DIRECTIONS
Blend the cantaloupe, mango juice, sugar and lime until silky smooth and sugar has dissolved.
In a small bowl add the packet of gelatin and 2 oz of room temperature water. Let soak for 2 minutes then microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Pour the sake in the hot gelatin and mix thoroughly. Strain the alcohol gel mixture and add to the melon mango base.
Mix everything well and adjust to taste. Pour completed mixture into pop molds immediately and freeze.

Makes 9 Mini Pops.

Frosted Shamrock Dessert Shot

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Crème de Menthe
2 oz dark Crème de Cocoa
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
2 oz Half and Half 

This recipe does not require ice. 

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to shaker (do not add ice) and shake to mix. Chill in refrigerator before serving for up to 24 hours. 
Shake well before serving.  
Pour equally into 2 shot glasses.

INGREDIENTS
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
1 tablespoon Nescafe cappuccino syrup
Whipped Cream
Fresh Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
Blend the ice cream, milk and cappuccino syrup until nice and smooth.

Once the mixture has reached your desired consistency, top off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon.

cold iced tea

½ medium orange, peeled and segmented
¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
