Rosemary Pomegranate Fizz

1 cocktail

2 ounces gin
½ ounce rosemary simple syrup
1 ounce pomegranate juice
club soda
rosemary sprigs and pomegranate arils for garnish, optional
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
¼ sugar
¼ cup water
1 sprig rosemary

In a cocktail pitcher filled with ice, stir together gin, rosemary simple syrup, and pomegranate juice.
Add Zoku Jumbo ice cubes to a glass and strain gin mixture over the ice cubes. Top with club soda.
If desired, garnish with rosemary or pomegranate arils.
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together sugar and water. Add in sprig of rosemary and heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Remove rosemary.
