  • Fedex 2 Day – 2nd day by 4:30
  • Fedex Standard Overnight – Next day by 3:00 PM
  • Fedex Priority Overnight – Next Day by 10:30 AM
  • Free Shipping - FedEx Smart Post 5-7 Business Days

Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a Fedex tracking number.

Don’t forget to include your phone number otherwise Fedex won’t be able to deliver.

Our warehouse has a 24 hour turn around. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

  • We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Zoku (e.g. wrong item/color). Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
