We ship to US addresses via Fedex & USPS
Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method selected.
- Fedex Home Delivery – 1-5 Business Days (deliveries Tues-Sat)
- Fedex Ground – 1-5 Business Days
- Free Shipping - Mail Innovations 7-14 Business Days
Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you tracking information.
Don’t forget to include your phone number so the carrier can reach you in case of any delivery issues.

Our warehouse has a 48 hour turn around. Orders placed after 8 am EST will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).
Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to have the opportunity to make it right. We offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, in addition to a warranty that covers defects in manufacturing.
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from zokuhome.com and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than zokuhome.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

- We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by ZOKU (e.g. wrong item/color). Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We can only make exchanges for the exact same item(s) originally purchased. We will not exchange your purchase for other items.
