Pineapple Popsicle Recipe for ZOKU Space Pop Molds

Ready for liftoff? Today we are excited to share this super easy homemade popsicle recipe that’s perfectly proportioned to ZOKU’s Space Pop Molds. To make them, you’ll only need three ingredients: half and half, fresh pineapple chunks, and cane sugar. We are over the moon with how simple this pineapple popsicle recipe is, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Enjoy!

PINEAPPLE SPACE POPS

SERVING SIZE: Makes 6 Space Pops

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup half and half
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup cane sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place half and half, pineapple chunks, and cane sugar in a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
2. Fill ZOKU’s Space Pop Molds with the mixture up to the fill line and insert reusable handles.
3. Freeze pops until firm (about 8 hours).
4. To release the pops, briefly run the molds under warm water if needed. Serve immediately.
