PINEAPPLE SPACE POPS
SERVING SIZE: Makes 6 Space Pops
¼ cup half and half
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup cane sugar
1. Place half and half, pineapple chunks, and cane sugar in a high-powered blender and puree until smooth.
2. Fill ZOKU’s Space Pop Molds with the mixture up to the fill line and insert reusable handles.
3. Freeze pops until firm (about 8 hours).
4. To release the pops, briefly run the molds under warm water if needed. Serve immediately.
