Sazerac Cocktail

Makes 1 cocktail

¼ ounce Absinthe
1 Zoku ice ball
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 ounces Rye
lemon peel for garnish

Add Absinthe to a highball glass and roll to coat the inside of the glass. Pour out remaining Absinthe and place ice ball in glass.

Add sugar cube and bitters to a Boston Shaker. Crush sugar cube with a bar spoon. Add Rye and a handful of ice cubes. Stir with bar spoon until well chilled and mixed. Strain over Zoku ice ball in prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.
