It’s getting HOT (out) there! And when the temperature heats up, we only have one thing on our mind: Popsicles!
Well, that’s actually not true—we think about pops regardless of the weather. (It’s our job, after all!)
But what IS true is that popsicles never taste quite as irresistibly icy as they do on a scorching summer day. And this watermelon popsicle recipe is no exception...
To create this watermelon and mint frozen treat at home, you’ll combine freshly cubed watermelon with lime juice, mint leaves, and cold water. Next, you’ll blend everything together and pour it all into the
Quick Pop Maker to rapidly freeze your summer-y popsicles.
This easy popsicle recipe is perfect for cooling off on a hot day while also helping you use up any watermelon left over from the morning’s snack time. Win, win!
