Who would have thought Thanksgiving leftovers happen to be great for making sliders! Just add turkey, cheese, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce to dinner rolls—throw them in the oven and you have a stress free dinner that makes the whole family happy.
TURKEY CRANBERRY SLIDERS
Ingredients:
12 Hawaiian rolls
Gouda cheese, sliced
1 cup spinach
Leftover mashed potatoes
Leftover turkey slices
1 can cranberry sauce
4 tbsp butter
1-2 cloves garlic
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half. Place the bottom half of rolls in a 8 x 12 baking dish. Add mashed potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce, and gouda cheese on rolls. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Mix garlic and butter. Brush melted butter mixture on top buns, place top buns in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool. Add in spinach to taste and enjoy!
