TURKEY BACON RAMEN
Makes 2 servings
2 packages Ramen Instant Noodles
1 cup leftover turkey
6 pieces of bacon
2 to 3 green onions
2 soft boiled eggs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place a cooling rack on the baking sheet. Add bacon on top of the cooling rack and place in the oven. Cook bacon for 20 minutes (flip over half way through). You can cook bacon longer for desired crispiness.
Add 1 inch of water to a sauce pot, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add eggs straight from the refrigerator to the pot. Put the lid on and let it continue to boil for exactly six minutes. After six minutes, remove the egg(s) from the pot and place them in ice water or run under cool water until they are cool enough to handle.
Heat ramen according to package directions. Make sure to add in the spice packet provided. Chop up turkey and green onions. Heat up the turkey. Add ramen into a bowl. Add in turkey, egg, bacon and green onions. Enjoy!Click here to see all recipe posts.
