There’s nothing quite like the taste of strawberries and cream — especially in popsicle form! And guess what else? Strawberry and cream pops just so happen to be one of the easiest homemade popsicle recipes we know! Now you can create these perfectly sweet and tangy frozen treats at home whenever you’d like. Yum!
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM POPSICLES
SERVING SIZE: Makes 8 ZOKU Character Pops
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup heavy cream
1 lb fresh strawberries (hulled)
1/3 cup cane sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add cream, strawberries, and sugar to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ZOKU’s Character Pop Molds.
3. Insert the handles and freeze for 8 hours.
4. Remove from the freezer and gently un-mold the pops by pushing up from the bottom of each cavity. Enjoy immediately.
