This vegan popsicle recipe for Pineapple Punch Pops uses real pineapple, orange, and strawberries for a healthy punch blend that tastes even better than it sounds. Plus, it’s a great way to minimize waste by turning extra fruit into delicious frozen treats the whole family will love. Enjoy!
PINEAPPLE PUNCH POPS
SERVING SIZE: Makes 6 Space Pops
½ cup water
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup pineapples (cubed)
1 orange (peeled and separated)
3 tbsp of sugar
Splash of lime juice
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to the Space Pop Molds and freeze completely.
3. Remove your pops from their molds and enjoy!
