Today I’ll be sharing my Raspberry Lemonade Slushy recipe, which uses ZOKU’s Slush and Shake Maker to turn a nutritious breakfast smoothie into a thick and creamy frozen raspberry lemonade slushy in a matter of minutes.

Raspberry Lemonade Slushy
SERVING SIZE: Makes 2 slushies
1 cup lemon greek yogurt (I use Two Good Yogurt for a low sugar option)
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
Splash of unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tbsp monk fruit sugar (optional for added sweetness)
1. Place your ZOKU Slush and Shake Maker in the freezer overnight to completely freeze the inner core.
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie mixture into your Slush and Shake Maker stirring and scraping the edges with the spoon every couple minutes until desired consistency is reached (takes about 7 min total).
4. Grab a spoon or slushy straw and enjoy!
