Who’s ready to sip-and-stir their way through happy hour?! Today we wanted to share one of our all-time favorite alcoholic slush recipes — our Grapefruit Bellini Slush.

While Grapefruit Bellinis might taste and sound sophisticated, they are surprisingly simple to make — and even easier to turn into a delicious frozen cocktail! You’ll just need Prosecco, grapefruit juice, and your Slush & Shaker Maker to create this alcoholic slush recipe at home. Cheers!

GRAPEFRUIT BELLINI SLUSH

SERVING SIZE: Makes 2 slushies

INGREDIENTS:

1 1⁄4 cups freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice (approximately 3 grapefruits)
3⁄4 cup Prosecco

DIRECTIONS:

1. Divide the grapefruit juice evenly between two of ZOKU’s Slush & Shake Makers; stir until thick.

2. Spoon in half of the Prosecco to each slushy and stir to combine. The mixture will thin out, so you will want to continue stirring periodically until the desired thickness is reached.
