Makes 1 quart or 6 Zoku servings
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
Whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until the cocoa powder is thoroughly combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir again to thoroughly blend the cocoa into the liquid. Pour 5 fl. oz./147 ml. into the Zoku Ice Cream Maker and follow the instructions included for mixing and churning.
