INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup high-quality chocolate ice cream
4 ounces (½ cup) freshly brewed coffee, completely cooled
½ cup peppermint crunch baking chips  (we used Andes)

OPTIONAL GARNISH
whipped cream
chocolate sauce
crushed peppermint candies (Starlight Mints)

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.

If desired, top shakes with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and crushed peppermint candies.
