Apple Brandy Rickey Cocktail

1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces apple brandy
½ ounce orange juice
club soda

DIRECTIONS

Negroni Cocktail

1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
orange twist

DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, and Campari. Shake vigorously.

Kale and Pineapple Green Smoothie

1 serving

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces water
½ medium orange, peeled and segmented
¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
½ medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup packed kale leaves, stems removed
½ frozen banana
1-2 dates for sweetness
½ cup ice

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
6 ounces fruit essenced sparkling water such as La Croix

DIRECTIONS

3 cups fat free Greek yogurt
¾ cup organic white sugar in the raw
½ cup whole milk
2 shots espresso
