BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

SERVING SIZE: Makes 1-2 serving of overnight oats

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup coconut milk (or liquid of your choice)
½ scoop of protein (optional)
½ cup of blueberries

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a vacuum insulated food jar, stir together all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate overnight and grab-and-go in the morning!
3. Before eating your overnight oats, we recommend topping off with more fresh fruit of your choice. We like to add even more blueberries, but don’t be afraid to get creative!
