I’m amazed that I can have iced coffee so quickly!! I can brew a hot pot of coffee, pour it into my Zoku, and within minutes it is cold! Remarkable!!

It cools down drink fast! Although I wish it will be slightly bigger

cools coffee and tea quickly, but if it isnt super hot beware as it can get iced to the sides. I wish it could hold a bit more as I am a coffee junkie

I use it for my iced latte every morning.

I love iced lattes but cooling the espresso and adding ice in the morning is a bit tedious. Now I can brew a couple of shots of espresso directly into the cup and add milk. I bought a two pack in case Im feeling lazy and dont hand wash it every day Il have an extra in the freezer. Make sure you placed the cups towards the back or bottom of the freezer and not near the door so they freeze well.

I received an iced coffee maker as a Mothers day gift and it got cool but not cold I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement I was very thankful for that I like the concept of the iced coffee maker

This is my second one and i love it

This is such a good item that I ordered another one. It is amazing how fast it takes hot tea and cools it down....only about a minute or two. It's great in the summer and keeps the drink cold for a long time. This is purchase is worth the money!
