How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders ship from our New Jersey facility within 1–3 business days (transit time not included).
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

ZOKU products are designed in the USA and responsibly made in China.
Are ZOKU products safe?
Every ZOKU item is tested to meet U.S. and European safety standards—free from PVC, BPA, phthalates, and lead.
What kind of liquid is used in ZOKU’s quick freeze products?
The refrigerant used in our quick freeze products is non-toxic and saline-based. If your unit leaks, stop use and contact info@zokuhome.com for support.
Product Care & Troubleshooting
What liquids work best in the Quick Pop Maker?
For best results, use beverages with natural sugars—like fruit juice, smoothie blends, or sweetened yogurt. These freeze well and release easily from the molds. Avoid using plain water, low-sugar drinks, or artificial sweeteners, as they may cause the pops to stick.
How should I store the Quick Pop Maker?
Always freeze the Quick Pop Maker when completely dry.
How do I use the Quick Pop Maker correctly?
Do not overfill molds, and insert sticks properly before adding liquid.
What should I do if a pop is stuck?
If a pop is stuck, don’t force it. Allow a few minutes to defrost and try again.
Are ZOKU popsicle molds dishwasher safe?
All of our popsicle molds (except Quick Freeze units i.e., Slush Maker, Ice Cream Maker, Quick Pop Maker) are top rack dishwasher safe.

Do ZOKU products come with a warranty?
Yes, all ZOKU products come with a 1-year limited warranty.
Do I need to register my product for the warranty?
Product registration isn’t required, but keeping your order info handy is always helpful.
