Makes 9 Mini Pops

INGREDIENTS
½ cup high quality vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon high quality caramel sauce
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

FOR THE VANILLA DRIZZLE
2 ounces vanilla candy wafers

MAKE THE MINI POP BASE
In a medium bowl, melt ice cream in the microwave at 50% power in 20 second increments until ice cream is melted, but not hot. Stir in pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, and pumpkin pie spice.

ASSEMBLE
Pour ice cream base into each cavity until reaching the fill line. Insert Mini Pop Sticks. Place Zoku Mini Mold into the freezer and freeze overnight.

TO REMOVE THE MINI POPS
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the Mini Pops by lifting the Mini Pop Mold Base and gently pressing upwards on the silicone mold cavities from the underside of the unit. Mini Pops will release from the top.

DECORATE
If desired, melt candy melts according to package directions and drizzle melted candy over the frozen pops. Place mini pops back into the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
