16 ounces freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
6 large mint leaves
2 ounces ginger or elderflower liqueur
Place all ingredients except liqueur into a blender and purée on medium speed. Pour into the Slush and Shake Maker; stir until thick.
If desired, stir in 1 ounce of liqueur into each slush before serving. Garnish with fresh grapefruit slices.
